We are looking to partner up with talented and experienced Project Managers as we are expecting a few exciting opportunities, and we are looking to connect with those looking for contact work. Some of our key clients are Government, Technology organisation and Financial Sectors.

About the role:

  • You will be managing multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost to implement solutions that meet the needs of the customer and to liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully

The role will also include:

  • Manage multiple projects in different geographical locations using project management principles
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders within a project
  • Provide communication and reporting as appropriate for each stakeholder and project
  • Plan each project including scope, requirements, budgets, timelines and resources
  • Facilitate planning sessions to gather tasks, sequences and interrelationships within each project
  • Develop and maintain project artefacts as required for each project including Transition Plan, Project Initiation Document, Project Schedule
  • Implementation Plans, Risk & Issue Register, and Decision Register
  • Monitor projects by tracking progress, comparing actual outcomes to predicted outcomes, analyse/adjust impacts and communicate project status
  • Manage resources, schedule, scope or requirement changes, and project risks
  • Meet tight delivery timelines without compromising customer requirements
  • Deliver projects within budgets and timelines
  • Close projects on time, within budget
  • Archive/close all appropriate documentation

Skills & experience required:

  • Project management certification – Prince2 Practitioner or PMP
  • 5+ years Project management of successful project delivery experience using recognised project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure and technical projects
  • Experience in managing software development/integration projects a bonus
  • Experience in project or programme office environment running multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in management of customer expectations, 3rd party suppliers
  • Excellent problem solving, planning and organising, influencing and decision making skills - able to deal with strong personalities and political environments
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Prince2, PMP, Agile Scrum)
