Job Description
This is a medium sized construction company delivering projects across a range of projects from $2M - $10M. They have decisive leadership at the top ensuring the business moves quickly to address arising issues and any problems. They have strong organisational structure with performance and feedback regularly provided.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and programming of all projects across the business from inception through to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for project sequencing, working closely with Directors
In addition to overseeing the overall project portfolio, you will be responsible for managing your own projects, providing leadership and direction to site teams to ensure successful delivery.
Also, you will be reviewing, developing, and implementing project planning and delivery methodologies across the business.
You will proactively monitor project progress, contractual compliance, working closely with Quantity Surveyors to identify risks, manage variations, and address issues before they impact project outcomes.
Key success factors for this role require:
Remuneration: $145K - $160K plus vehicle

- Ideally tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying or engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in managing a mix of small to medium sized projects, over $5M
- Ability to lead and performance manage construction teams to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Strong programming and sequencing skills with advanced MS Project knowledge and application
- Strong financial management with ability to drive cost accountability.
- Outstanding written and oral communication
Remuneration: $145K - $160K plus vehicle
