Projects typically range from $500K to $5M, delivering high-quality workplace, commercial, and refurbishment projects for leading corporate brands.
The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead the successful delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Managing programmes and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Driving best practice across health & safety, quality, and project delivery
- Effectively managing project risks and programme variations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven New Zealand experience delivering commercial interiors, fit-out, or refurbishment projects
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate teams
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or trade background
