They are seeking both an Intermediate and a Senior Project Manager to join their high-performing team delivering complex infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand.
This role would suit a professional coming from a client-side project management consultancy, engineering consultancy, or infrastructure delivery background, with proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing projects from inception, including:
- Consultant appointments
- Design coordination
- Statutory approval processes
- Procurement strategy development
- Leading the construction phase, including:
- Quality assurance (QA)
- Risk management
- Cost control and budget management
- Programme management
- Client and stakeholder reporting
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Driving successful project outcomes while ensuring commercial, programme, and quality objectives are achieved
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 4–10+ years of New Zealand-based infrastructure project management experience
- A tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Experience delivering projects within the transport, water, utilities, or broader infrastructure sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach, strong leadership potential
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
