One of Auckland's main commercial construction players continues to stand out from the competition. They have a well-oiled team built on shared values, the smarts and a quality work ethic. In the relatively short space of time, they have grown significantly outstripping their competition with 2020 planned as another exciting year of growth. They have secured another project in the high end mid-rise apartment space and now need the leadership of a top local Project Manager to take responsibility for its delivery.

As a Project Manager you will work closely with Directors and take responsibility for the delivery of the project incorporating all aspects of programme, commercial, safety and quality issues, whilst maintaining and developing the client relationship. You will be supported by a committed site team and a loyal subcontractor group.

To suit this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a history of successfully operating as a Project Manager on larger multi residential type projects of over $20M involving large multi-story concrete structures. You will need advanced local building knowledge with an ability to solve construction issues. There are some complex engineering issues which requires a PM with the smarts. You have well developed communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a site team and subcontractors. This role will suit a professional PM adept at achieving results but knows how to have bit of fun at the end of the day.

Salary - $160K - $190K package
