With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking to appoint a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their project management career within a collaborative consultancy environment, working alongside experienced industry professionals on a diverse range of commercial interiors and fit-out projects.
You will be exposed to all aspects of project delivery and will play a key role in supporting and managing projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with tender preparation and procurement activities
- Supporting project planning, programming, and coordination
- Attending and contributing to client and stakeholder meetings
- Assisting with contract administration and project reporting
- Preparing scopes of work and supporting cost management activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and programme performance
- Supporting project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out and interiors projects
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 2-5 years' experience within the construction industry
- Exposure to commercial interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction projects
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in project management
- Experience working for a contractor, consultancy, or client-side organisation will be advantageous
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
