This is a project management firm is a national operator. They have established themselves as being a high performing operator gaining a quality reputation in the construction market. They represent clients across a range of vertical construction categories such as hotels, apartments, mixed use, retail, industrial, and corporate fit outs. They work collaboratively, have an intimate working culture, they maintain and stick to their company values.
This role is for a strong intermediate to seneior level project manager that will be working across some major clients of theirs on a host of small to medium sized projects. Projects currently underway include an apartment development, industrial builds, major reclads, film studio and several fitouts.
As the company is growing, an opportunity exists to fast track to senior and be progressively delegated responsiblity for wider business operations.
We are looking for applicants with 5-7 years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
The key skills and nature of the role will encompass:
- Project plan preparation and scheduling
- Cost control and quality management
- Risk management
- Tendering/procurement
- Leading meetings
- Design and pre-implementation management
- Report working and financial management

Salary between $100K and $130K + car parking pending experience.
