Job Description
This density residential developer and builder has been one of the most successful capitalising on a strong relationships with KO and CHP’s.
As they gear up for new building developments, they require a Project Manager to work on the construction of their volume/multi-unit builds from civil works, through to the construction delivery phase to hand over.
Reporting to a PM, your key accountabilities are:
• Management of the entire project from civils, coordination, council compliance, programming through to construction delivery and handover
• Monitoring of all processes in order to ensure the highest quality of work is produced, cost reporting, leading PCG Meetings, and H&S Management.
• Full stakeholder management, subcontractor management, council coordination, supplier management and overseeing site teams.
Key background for this role requires:
• 8+ years experience in the multi residential/commercial construction/building industry in NZ with a carpentry trade background or tertiary qualification.
• Experience across multi-unit housing projects
• Understanding of 3910 contracts, RFIs, Variations, EOT’s.
• Solid leadership ability and ability to manage a site team
• Strong organisational and time management skills as well as strong problem-solving ability
• Well experienced in successfully developing and managing a construction programme
• Health and Safety leadership
Remuneration - $110K - $120K + vehicle + Significant Quarterly Bonus's (Potential and realistic earnings up to $170K+ vehicle per year)
