They are now looking to commence their next project, a hotel and residential development. You will be delivering a 10 level building with 85 hotel rooms and 66 apartments, build value around $30M. As a project manager you would be reporting into a Director.
We are looking for a skilled construction professional project manager with 10+ year’s experience possessing solid commercial acumen with well-honed managerial capability. Experience in delivering hotels or apartment projects would be ideal. Technical knowledge of steel structure, precast stair & lift core, Comflor, services ,exteriors façade systems and fitout are essential. Other aspects to your skills include strong client and consultant liaison, design/problem solving, programming and planning, estimating, subcontractor management, training of site managers/other staff. Either coming from a trade or tertiary background would suit, but ideally trade.
You will be looking for your next step in the industry, you maybe at a ceiling with where you are at and be looking to join a contractor that is more boutique and with more visibility for your efforts.
Salary: $150K - $170K + Veh package
