We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of customer, digital, and technology projects in a large and complex organisation.
This role will take projects from initial discovery and business case development through to planning, vendor engagement, delivery, implementation, and handover. The work includes website improvements, customer booking systems, systems integration, operational technology projects, and process improvement initiatives.
You'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered successfully and provide lasting value.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead projects from initiation through to implementation.
Work with business teams to understand problems, opportunities, and requirements.
Develop business cases and project plans.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Provide project updates to governance groups and senior leaders.
Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
Support testing, implementation, and transition into business operations.
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
At least 5-7 years' Project Management experience.
Proven experience delivering technology projects in large organisations.
Strong business case and project planning skills.
Experience delivering systems integration projects.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability.
Experience managing project budgets, risks, governance, and reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to navigate competing priorities and keep projects moving.
Experience That Would Be Helpful
Website delivery or enhancement projects.
Customer booking or reservation systems.
Customer-facing digital services.
Operational or transport-related environments.
Experience working across both business and technology teams.
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications.
