- Project Manager (Part time)
- 3 months contract role
- Auckland – Rosedale with 3 days WFH
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager/ IT Manager with experience in ERP upgrades and systems/ IT Support.
During the 1st month you will work 40hours per week and the 2nd and 3rd month would be 20 hours per week, however if required you should be available to work more than 20 hours per week.
About the role:
This is a hybrid role with one being Project management as our client is implementing a new system as a part of an ERP upgrade and the second part being system support and IT help desk.
- Attending weekly project meetings with vendors as part of our ERP upgrade project
- Assisting with any system-based issues - we have a 3rd party that supports all Microsoft related issues
- Sending out project updates to the Signature Homes group
- Creating logins for all systems for new staff and deactivating logins for staff exits
- Providing the CEO with updates and escalations as needed
- Supporting national franchises with any system related issues and resolving where possible or logging a ticket with the vendor to investigate
- Updating internal website with monthly reports
- Co-ordinating system training or requirements workshops where needed
- Updating project plan as dates change
