My client are a team of experienced award-winning property developers, who build high end boutique luxury residential and commercial developments.

They are currently seeking an experienced development executive to join their professional and small team.

You will be responsible for supporting the development director, the development executive and sales director. You will also be responsible for the administration and finance duties such as diary management, assisting in project research, dealing with clients, organising meetings, payments to contractors, surveying, organising and keeping the records of existing and new leads plus follow ups, co-ordination of weekly social media updates, Facebook and Instagram.

Ideally you will have a Bachelor Degree in Property or equivalent tertiary experience, minimum of 3 years experience within the property sector, excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and Mac capability.
