Commercial Property Manager

An indoor entertainment centre located in the heart of Auckland city and made up of retail, entertainment and restaurant tenants. The role of a Property Manager has opened up and this is where you come in.
About the role:
- Lease portfolio management, debtor management & negotiations
- Market vacant spaces, meet new tenants and conduct necessary due diligence
- Transactions, rent reviews and renewals
- OPEX and CAPEX, alongside Facilities Manager
- Work with the projects team on new fitouts and other projects
- Updating property schedules and weekly reporting
- Tenant, contractor & landlord relationships and database management
To be considered you must have:
- Minimum 3 years Commercial Property experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications
- High standard of work, accuracy and efficiency
- Knowledge of property legislation
- Be able to hit the ground running
