• QA Programme Lead
• Auckland based - Hybrid role (3 days in the office)
• 6 Month contract

We are seeking an experienced QA Programme Lead to drive quality assurance across a large, multi‑workstream transformation programme. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coordinate QA governance, manage internal and external assurance, build AI‑assisted testing workflows, and lead readiness for a major go‑live.

What You’ll Do

• Lead QA governance — manage stage gates, evidence packs, and programme‑wide QA standards.
• Coordinate testing across multiple teams, including E2E, UAT, and regression.
• Manage external QA — security testing, architecture reviews, regulatory readiness.
• Drive go‑live readiness — cutover planning, defect triage, and go/no‑go recommendations.
• Build AI‑augmented QA tooling to automate test generation, evidence workflows, and reporting.
• Execute hands‑on testing — UAT packs, regression automation, performance and security testing.

Tech Environment
Modern API‑driven platform using: .NET 8, TypeScript/Angular, PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Playwright/ACCELQ, Service Bus, n8n, SAST/DAST, CI/CD quality gates.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in QA with major programme go‑lives
• Strong experience across UAT, E2E, regression, and stage‑gate evidence
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Confident working with Execs, Boards, and external auditors
• Proven use of AI tools in testing workflows
• Background in regulated or financial environments

Nice to have: development experience (C#/.NET or TypeScript), Playwright, Azure, workflow automation tools, regulatory readiness exposure.
