What the role involves
- Lead pre‑construction assessments, pricing, and tender submissions
- Scope and price variations, negotiating confidently with subcontractors and clients
- Manage financial reporting, contract documentation, and forecasting
- Support post‑construction activities to ensure smooth project close‑out
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and clients
- 5+ years’ QS experience, ideally across both commercial and residential projects
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Relevant QS qualification preferred
- Experience with main contractors and/or residential contractors is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders
