- $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience
- Newtown location – in a medical environment
Are YOU looking for a full-time role which is interesting and challenging, then this role is for you! Ideally you come from a medical reception and administrative background and ready to hit the ground running. Experience using the software Xero is preferred, but not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone and email queries
- Scheduling payments, and coordinating invoices using Xero software
- First point of contact with clients, answering questions and greeting on arrival
- Scheduling bookings
- Essential to have an empathic and caring approach

- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Live in Wellington
