We currently have various Temporary and Permanent Receptionist roles commencing ASAP, or able to wait a notice period.  These opportunities are excellent for candidates who are wanting to expand on their customer service and administrative skills! These roles are based in the central Wellington CBD! Get in touch today if you have previous customer service/administration/reception experience!
  • Hourly rate range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.

  • Temporary and Permanent opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • Managing meeting rooms and kitchen.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Organise catering.
  • Provide administrative duties which will be based on business requirements.
About You:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Administration or customer support experience.
  • Ability to document all the processes and responsibilities of the role.
  • Confident with using Microsoft Office.
  • Currently hold a NZ Valid Work Visa
