We have a role for an immediate start in New Lynn for an Office Administrator and Receptionist. They are experiencing an unusually high workload and would want their new team member to be able to take initiative, be adaptable and able to cope with busy environment.
Must have proven experience in any of the below:
- General team support
- Diary management/travel bookings/meeting coordination
- Microsoft office suite
- Property administration
You will also need all of the following:
- Previous Administration and Reception Experience
- Able to work in New Lynn
- Can work full time hours
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Positive, can-do attitude
