Are you a friendly, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong customer service experience? We have a temporary part time reception role commencing ASAP till March 2023.

  • Temporary part time reception role commencing ASAP till March 2023  
  • Part time hours, 4 days a week and must be available on a Friday
  • Hours between 9am – 2.30pm
  • Big organisation, based in Wellington CBD
  • $26.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level customer service as first point of contact
  • Monitoring correspondence via email and phone
  • Arranging and logging facilities maintenance requests
  • Ensuring reception and meeting rooms are tidy

To perform well in these roles, you will need an outstanding level of personal presentation, a confident customer service ability and a positive outlook.

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-work day notice
  • Live in Wellington
