- Temporary part time reception role commencing ASAP till March 2023
- Part time hours, 4 days a week and must be available on a Friday
- Hours between 9am – 2.30pm
- Big organisation, based in Wellington CBD
- $26.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer service as first point of contact
- Monitoring correspondence via email and phone
- Arranging and logging facilities maintenance requests
- Ensuring reception and meeting rooms are tidy
To perform well in these roles, you will need an outstanding level of personal presentation, a confident customer service ability and a positive outlook.
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or on a 5-work day notice
- Live in Wellington
