We are looking for a Receptionist to help our client based in Lower Hutt for up to 6 weeks in a reception role whilst they recruit permanently. If you are available ASAP, well-presented and looking for a temp role for 6 weeks or potentially longer, please apply today.

  • Temporary, 4- 6 week full time reception role
  • Up to $26 per hour depending on experience
  • Must be Available to start ASAP
  • Lower Hutt location

General Duties:

  • Reception duties, answering phone and customer queries
  • Email Triaging
  • Administration Support

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven customer service skills and administration skills
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
