About the role:
- Running the front desk – be the first point of contact for all Auckland clients
- Managing day-to-day sales administration
- Providing back up support to the Senior Sales Administrator and wider team
- Assisting with website management
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
What you bring to the role:
- 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Experience of using CRM or similar software
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships
