This is a varied role where you will be supporting your team, managing all sales administration and acting as the key point of contact for Auckland. About the role:

  • Running the front desk – be the first point of contact for all Auckland clients
  • Managing day-to-day sales administration
  • Providing back up support to the Senior Sales Administrator and wider team
  • Assisting with website management
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required

What you bring to the role:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Experience of using CRM or similar software
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships
