About the role:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
  • Answering & directing phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
  • Operate the security gate
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Document handling and management
  • Goods receipting
  • Creating posters, updating posters and documents
  • Maintain stocktake of stationery and consumables
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
