About the role:

Meeting and Greeting visitors

Answering & directing phone calls in a friendly and timely manner

Operate the security gate

Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail

Document handling and management

Goods receipting

Creating posters, updating posters and documents

Maintain stocktake of stationery and consumables
-
Ad-hoc duties as required
