Our client, based Auckland CBD is looking for a Receptionist/Office Junior to support their Corporate Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and Greeting Clients
  • Providing high level of Customer Service
  • Support Marketing Team in co-ordinating events
  • General Administration
  • Managing Catering for meetings
  • Booking of Meeting rooms 
  • Ensure Kitchen and Reception Area kept tidy

Key Skills and Competencies Preferred:

  • Previous reception experience 
  • Proficient Knowledge in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Good organisational skills
  • Confidentiality
