We are looking for an experienced receptionist and or PA/EA for temporary work. These roles will be in Central, West and North Auckland based.
You must have:
- 2+ years experience in an admin, office, PA/EA or data entry role
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent understanding of MS Office
- Minute taking and diary management a plus
- A team player mindset and ability to work in fast paced work environments
- Good time management, multi-tasking and self-management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Corporate Environment experience preferred.
