I’m looking for a dynamo with a positive personality, high work ethic and excellent customer focus to join our collaborative and high performing team in supporting our South and East Auckland based clients and candidates with Temporary Staffing Solutions. We support the wider Beyond Recruitment business with temporary staffing across full the range of our specialisations, so the roles are varied and no two days are the same.
You will pick up a warm portfolio with huge potential across a large catchment area, and will utilise your strong sales ability to drive results, with support from the wider team. Our current team member is moving internally at Beyond Recruitment, so you will have the benefit of a handover and introduction to the portfolio, as well as a managed induction to the wider business.
This is an end to end recruitment role, so you will be balancing your time between client development, candidate attraction and assignment management. Beyond Recruitment has robust processes and a strong database, along with significant management investment in branding and client management to support your activities.
