In this busy role you will be providing support to senior recruiters and assisting with recruitment tasks such as phone screening, reviewing CV’s, you will also be involved in more administrative tasks including offers of employment, contracts and other induction templates.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following traits and skills:
- Previous experience in recruitment would be preferred but not essential
- A knack for juggling multiple tasks while still delivering results
- Attention to detail with excellent administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Determination, tenacity and persistence to achieve results
- A positive outlook and excellent judgement
