The Recruitment Advisor will work to assist and support the Talent Sourcing and Bulk Recruitment Partners to provide end-to-end support in all phases of the recruitment cycle. This includes performing bulk recruitment activities, specialist candidate sourcing activities, candidate management and client interaction

Key accountabilities include:

  • Writing and posting of job adverts
  • High volume recruitment
  • Generate interview questions
  • Manage recruitment process and timelines
  • Provide recruitment advise and support
  • Source and attract candidates
  • Build and maintain future talent pipelines
  • Assess candidate suitability and qualifications
  • Coordinate and deliver assessment outcomes

Essential competencies for this opportunity include:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Aptitude to learn new systems
  • Incredible organization skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and NZ employment law
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Agile and comfortable in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural matters
