You will be able to make this role your own – customizing recruitment and attraction strategies, thinking outside the square, whilst providing an excellent candidate experience & to be a proactively contributing suggesting ideas for further development where opportunity exists.
What will you bring?
• Previous experience working as an in-house recruiter or external recruitment agency- minimum for 2 years
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of best recruitment practices, attraction, and selection tools/ techniques
• Experience managing an end-to-end recruitment process with proven sourcing abilities
• A self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
