Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Sourcing candidates
- Identifying passive candidates
- Candidate management
- Establish a talent map and talent pipeline
- Conduct screening, reference checking and providing recommendations to hiring managers
- Advertising roles
- Arranging interviews
- Stakeholder management
- Reporting
About you:
- In-house recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing capability
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technology savvy
