Opportunity for a Contract/ Fixed-term role for an intermediate-level recruiter or an HR Advisor who is looking to move into recruitment.
You need to be passionate about people, someone who loves to make a difference. This job will give you the opportunity to work with the hiring managers for delivering end-to-end recruitment on a variety of roles following the recruitment process.

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Support managers to provide feedback to candidates
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Conducting and creating job briefs
- Compose job advertisements and advertise on relevant channels
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Conduct all pre-employment checks
- Ensure candidate and onboarding data governance processes are followed
- Managing Reporting
- Review and improve recommendations of hiring strategies, systems, and processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Support hiring managers with candidate assessments.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Demonstrated end-to-end high-volume recruitment experience (internal or external)
- Experience using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work.
- Experience in training and coaching hiring managers
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices, processes, and policy.
- Awareness of the appropriate legislation across NZ
