Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates across central and local government, policy, advisory, programme delivery, and governance‑related roles.

Build strong relationships and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions across the public sector.

Leverage your sector knowledge and people skills to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑demand market.

Take ownership of an active, well‑established desk with significant ongoing workflow and plenty of room to grow your own portfolio.
