- A strong background in Recruitment and Sales
- You understand the agency environment
- Self- driven & highly organised
- Love the adrenalin of matching candidates and clients and growing your desk
- The ability to build long term relationships with clients and candidates
- You love recruitment and have experience in office support/finance support or another discipline - we are open
- Strong administration and time management
- Team focus and a sense of humour.
