What you will do in this role:
The main function of this role is to support the recruitment processes throughout the business, and your duties will include:
- Administration of the Taleo Recruitment System
- Ensuring Candidates are screened and put through to the hiring manager
- Setting up video interviews
- Coordinating Interviews
- Completing pre-employment screening
- Follow up with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is on track
- Support the onboarding process and implementation
- Monthly recruitment metrics reporting
- Recruitment Communications

What you bring to the team:
- Experience in Taleo or similar recruitment system, if not proven experience of picking up a new system successfully
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees in management roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Good Excel skills
- Availability to start work immediately!
