Are you an experienced HR advisor with a strong background in employee relations? We have a temporary opportunity available with our client that is situated at Auckland Airport for a skilled professional to join their team.

As our HR advisor, you will be responsible for providing general HR support to our employees and managers, with a focus on employee relations. You will be working Monday to Friday during normal office hours and will be expected to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR issues
  • Handling employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including the review of resumes and conducting interviews
  • Providing support and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong experience in an HR advisor role, with a focus on employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A relevant HR qualification is desirable
