Opportunity for a contract role for an experienced recruiter/HR who is passionate about people, and someone who loves to make a difference. This job will give you the opportunity to support the hiring managers in delivering end-to-end recruitment. This is a 6-Months contract role.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Support managers to provide feedback to candidates.
- Compose job advertisements and advertise on relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Booking candidate interview
- Conduct all pre-employment checks.
- Managing Reporting
- Drafting of employment contracts
Key Requirements for this role:
- Experience using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Awareness of the appropriate legislation across NZ
- Familiar with the ATS system
