This temporary role is to cover a secondment. We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a supportive internal recruitment team and provide support to the Recruitment Advisors. Commencing on Tuesday 26 January, this busy role will allow you to develop strong working relationships across the organisation and hone your existing recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding of new staff
- Short-listing candidates for roles
- Posting job advertisements
- Liaising with candidates
- Offer letters
- Monitoring Careers Inbox
To be considered for this temporary role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Proven recruitment coordination experience
Ideally NZ Government experience within an internal recruitment role
Strong technical skills including knowledge of Springboard (or similar E-Recruitment tool)
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Confident communication skills both verbal and written
Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
Professional and positive “can do” attitude
