Our client is a large and highly visible organisation, headquartered in a great location in central Auckland.
An opportunity is available within the remuneration team for an experienced remuneration and benefits professional to support the delivery of a number of organisational projects. These include a review of benefits as well as a gender pay study. This will be a contract position with an expected time-frame of 6 months.
To be considered for this position, you will require a depth of experience in remuneration and reward and have the ability to hit the ground running and work with minimum guidance. You’ll be numerate and have a strong affinity for working with numbers, financial models and Excel generally. First rate communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels will be prerequisite. You’ll potentially have a background in the professional services consulting firms, or within a corporate remuneration structure.
