Having seen tremendous growth and transformation over the past few years, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Risk professional to join a high-performing team to lead the organisation’s approach to Risk and Issues Management across a large portfolio of land and asset development projects.
The role provides thought leadership, support, and strategic advice to the leadership group, providing a governance perspective on risks and issues and enabling a transformational, opportunity centric approach to risk management. The role will support management to ensure that robust risk management data informs balancing and sequencing of investments across portfolios, enabling quality investment decision-making and management at all levels of the ecosystem.
To be successful in this role, candidates for this key role will ideally have substantial previous experience of leading risk management in a large-scale complex organisation; extensive experience in portfolio management and/or risk management, as well as having applied knowledge of ISO 31000:2018 Risk management guidelines. You will require proven experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders and governance/board relationships and expectations, as well as the strong ability to critically analyse and interpret complex information and make effective, well-reasoned decisions. You will have demonstrated experience leading the promotion and education of risk and internal control management levels of an organisation.
