As the Role Description Writer and Team Leader, you will work with senior managers to DDG level to develop and improve role descriptions for their teams.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience by providing sound advice and working effectively with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. 

You MUST come from a Human Resources background and you will have strong written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively.

Leadership experience will be essential as with three direct reports, you will be helping to develop the more junior members of your team by coaching and guiding them on a day to day basis.
