Our client is a leading player in the high-end appliances sector and are seeking a fluent Mandarin Speaker to join their growing team.

The role:

  • Handling a range of queries on the commercial side
  • Setting up client Terms
  • Carrying out quotes
  • Follow up calls to clients
  • Supporting the sales team with a wide variety tasks
  • Tracking orders

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and effective English skills
  • Commercial nous
  • Oubound/Inbound Calling experience
  • Building/Construction experience is favourable
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Solid computer skills within the Microsoft suite
  • Build strong relationships over the phone
  • Friendly with a good sense of humour
  • Motivated and a team player
  • Social
  • Flexible
