This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company, that is growing fast! Our client deliver’s high-end products within the building industry and are seeking a fluent Mandarin Speaker to join their growing team.
Our client products are in high demand and they are now in need of an energetic coordinator to jump on-board. They require a flexible, adaptable, resilient Sales Coordinator to organise the sales experience from quote through to delivery, whilst supporting a team of three.
Responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Liaise with property developers, suppliers, project manager’s
- Sending product brochures & samples
- Producing & following up quotes
- Coordinating distribution and customer orders
- Organising and tracking delivery
- Providing support to the Key Account Managers
Your Skills & Expertise:
- Fluent in Mandarin and effective English skills
- Commercial nous
- Outbound/Inbound Calling experience
- Strong sense of urgency
- Solid computer skills within the Microsoft suite
- Build strong relationships over the phone and at industry events
- Fun, friendly with a good sense of humour
- Motivated and a team player
You will be keen to network at industry events. A strong work ethic and “willingness to go the extra mile” will be essential for success. Self-motivated, driven, collaborative and enthusic to be part of a-fast growing industry. It goes without saying that attention to detail is crucial together with excellent communication skills.
