An exciting opportunity has opened up for a experienced Sales executive to join this high performing, dedicated team. We aren't just after any Sales Executive, we want someone who has had a few knock backs but knows how to get back up, resilience, confidence and tenacity are just some of the traits that we are after. The duties of the role will include but not limited to:
- Achieving budgets & KPI targets
- Analysis of client's objectives and requirements
- Cross selling of all company services
- Market mapping where opportunities lie
- Cold calling and picking up leads
- Turning prospective clients into clients.
- Commitment to ensuring quality services are delivered to both internal and external clients
- Travelling through-out NZ
To be successful we are after someone with:
- Analytical decision making
- Ability to work in collaboration with the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to "Sell"
- Brokering experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Good time management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Credit insurance is ideal but not essential
