To be successful in this role, you are required to have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent phone manner
  • A sense of urgency
  • Organisational skills

You will be required to:

  • Liaise with contractors
  • Organise installation and update customers
  • Process sale orders accurately
  • Work on improving lead times
  • Process billings
  • Oversee customer communication and service levels
