To hit the ground running you will bring a minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with Scrum, Kanban or other Agile methodologies.
3+ years’ successfully operating as a Scrum Master and at least 2+ years’ experience leading or managing a team.
We are also looking for Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
