We are seeking multiple experienced Scrum Lead's to work as part of newly forming portfolios, in order to help new cross-functional business teams establish. You will be required to assist with understanding what Agile is and how to operate in SAFe environment. The Contracts will be starting in May until August and even through to December 2021.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Good understanding of the SAFe Framework and Agile thinking/concepts
- Facilitating stand up, planning and retrospective sessions
- Working with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand and develop product features, roadmaps and work flow design (boards)
- Patience, understanding and flexible in your approach – this is as much of a people change opportunity as it is Agile concepts, practices and tools, therefore it will require the right attitude to ensure your work connects with people
- Ideal candidate will be experienced with scrum having not only worked with scrum teams previously but established new scrum teams
