We are seeking a Scrum Lead who will be working with the Product Owner and Release Train Engineer within the SAFe framework to define and deliver stories for incremental improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A background in SAFe delivery framework.
- A strong focus on effective cross-team working, relationship building and coaching.
- An ability to encourage a positive, collaborative team culture and achievement of goals.
- A high level of IT literacy.
- A delivery focus, goal oriented.
