About the Role:
Working within a large government enterprise role within Corporate Analytics - you will be responsible for facilitation of Agile delivery and contribution to continuously improving the Agile delivery framework and performance. Keeping up with trends and issues related to Agile methodologies and coach teams in Agile values and practices.
About You:
To hit the ground running this role you will bring the following –
Essential:
- 2+ years’ experience as a practising Scrum Master
- 5+ years’ experience in IT or in a project capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, preferably in a large complex organisation
- Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated experience in bringing cross-functional teams together across technology, suppliers and key customer facing teams.
- People and relationship management
- Highly organised
- Understanding of release management
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient with Agile metrics, monitoring and reporting
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, Project plan, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experienced in the use of Agile technologies (eg. Azure DevOps, Jira)
