We are looking for a Senior Administrator for a short-term temporary role while they recruit for perm!  This is a role commencing immediately until the end of March. The role is based in the CBD, paying between $45.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on experience.  

About the role:

As a Senior Administrator you will provide administrative support and coordination for a tier 3 manager and support within the business group. The role has a broad range of responsibilities and includes calendar management, email management, travel booking, recruitment process support basic finance process support and record management with other admin tasks as required.

•    $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, dependent on experience 
•    Temporary commencing immediately until the end of March
•    Great team environment within a large government organisation
•    CBD location
 
About you: 
To be successful in this role you will bring: 

•    Experience in an admin role  
•    Excellent organisational skills with a positive “can do” attitude 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with a strong customer service focus 
•    Strong commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement 
•    Technical savvy with knowledge of the Microsoft suite

Essential for the role:

•    Must be available ASAP, or on a 5-day notice period
•    Have a clear Criminal Record  
•    All applicants must be a NZ Resident/Citizen or have a valid NZ Work permit
