Key responsibilities include:
- Provide quality support and advice for all internal business administration and processes
- Manage and coordinate diaries for managers and staff
- Book travel and accommodation
- Provide support for meetings and presentations, including assisting with reports, documents and updating the intranet and internal systems
- General office maintenance and ensuring workplace facilities are presented to a high standard
To be eligible for this permanent role you must have the following proven skills/attributes:
- Minimum 3 years recent administration experience within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to support a team while managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge and/or experience using teams and share point, with strong technical skills
- New Zealand permanent residency/citizenship
- Currently living in Wellington
