Senior Administrator

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a small, yet busy accounting practice. This role will see you dealing with general client enquiries in relation to processes and turnaround times amongst other things. The use of advanced modern technology will allow you to connect with the greater team that works remotely across New Zealand.

Duties will include:
  • Assisting with general queries and enquiries
  • Client liaison via telephone & email
  • Creating of jobs
  • Allocation of work
  • Invoicing
  • Generating of Reports
  • ADHOC Administration
