We are looking for an experienced Communications and Media operator to join a private sector organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role you will be working closely with the Communications Manager and Content & Channels Manager to:
- Deliver high-quality, thoughtful, strategically aligned and relevant communications using a range of channels - including media corporate communications materials and digital channels
- Proactively drive media engagement to built the organisation’s branch and reputation
- Contribute to and develop communications plans
- Lead the internal communications strategy
You will bring to the role:
- Media and/or Communications experience is required - agency experience is not mandatory but is desirable
- Experience in developing and executing communications plans
- A proactive approach and ability to see an opportunity and go after it
- Highly developed verbal and written communications skills
- Governance experience or knowledge is desirable
